MORE ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Andreas von der Heide has more than two decades of experience from the upper echelons of Swedish industry and has devoted much of his professional life to supporting Swedish Industry in geopolitically complex markets. He spent 11 years with the International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR), including three years as the Council’s CEO. In addition, Andreas has served as Senior Vice President for the defense and aviation group Saab AB, responsible for the group’s offset, counter trade and industrial cooperation.
Andreas founded Consilio International AB together with Erik Belfrage, Jan Nygren and Michael Sahlin in 2011 and has worked as Consilio’s Managing Partner and CEO since then.
Anne Gry Ringen is one of the founders and CEO of Crown Defenze. She holds a master's degree in organizational psychology, security management and conflict management, as well as a law degree from the University of Oslo. With solid experience as a senior manager, entrepreneur and security consultant in both Norway and Singapore, she has held roles as CEO, Chief Security Officer and Marketing Director. She also has board experience in shipping and from NGOs working with mental health and diversity.
She works strategically with the full breadth of the security profession, with particular expertise in security management, maritime security, geopolitics, cross-cultural relationships and performance psychology. In practice, she applies this knowledge to build robust security cultures, strengthen crisis preparedness and develop value-driven strategies that balance people, security and business.
Anne Gry is a sought-after speaker internationally, and a recognized voice in security management, organizational psychology and gender equality. She has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting businesses in navigating complex risk scenarios.
Kai Simon Eikli Yuen is an international advisor and works on the international engagements of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. He is also a member of the board of the Norwegian African Business Association and the Arctic Economic Council.
Kai holds an MSc in International Energy from Sciences Po, Paris, and a BSc in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University, Shanghai. He has nine years of experience from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including postings to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi and Norway’s delegation to the EU in Brussels.
Kai has previously worked for the UN in Haiti, for Orkla in China and with investments in developing markets for Norfund.
